Sussex Medieval Festival,

The Sussex Medieval Festival is an annual event staged over the
first week end in August starting in 2006.
It features the very best in Medieval Re-enactment and Entertainment,
with a packed programme of Arena Displays culminating in a spectacular
Battle staged by the Medieval Siege Society*.
The displays include Mounted Hunting Games, Dance, Skill at Arms,
Archery, Artillery, Falconry,
and full on competitive Jousting by Europe’s top authentic
15th century jousting team, Destrier*.
Additional attractions include a Medieval Market, Beer Tent, quality
Caterers, Have a Go Archery, and Living History Encampments for
you to explore.
Admission
£10 adults, children
under 16 Free
No unaccompanied children. Only two children per adult—the
event is not suitable for unsupervised children.
